According to information provided by Fox26 News, the accident happened on an unidentified day over the weekend on Jose Basin Road in Auberry. A dashcam video was taken of the accident, which showed a red vehicle driving around a curve before it crashed head-on into a pickup truck. The driver of the red vehicle then fled the scene on foot before police arrived.
