December 26, 2024, Waterford, CA: A man was killed in a fatal head-on collision that took place on a highway in Waterford on Thursday night.
The accident, according to information provided by KCRA, happened at 6:02 p.m. on Highway 132 just east of Rushing Road. Police confirmed that a man was driving a sedan when his vehicle collided head-on with a pickup truck.
The driver of the sedan was tragically pronounced dead on scene. The driver of the pickup truck and his passenger sustained moderate to major injuries and were hospitalized.
