November 20, 2024, Tehachapi, CA: On Wednesday morning, two people were tragically killed in a four-vehicle collision in Tehachapi.
According to information provided by KGET, the collision happened around 7:25 a.m. on Tehachapi Willow Springs Road around the area of Oak Creek Road. A driver was traveling south in a Ford F-550 when their vehicle collided with a GMC 3500. Two other vehicles then collided with the GMC as well, identified as a Honda CRV and a Chevrolet 2500.
Both the driver and the passenger in the Honda CRV were tragically pronounced dead on scene due to traumatic injuries. It is not known if any other parties were injured in the accident.
California Highway Patrol continues its investigation into the circumstances of the collision at this time.
