September 6, Visalia, CA: On Friday morning, a pedestrian accident with injuries took place on a roadway in Visalia.
According to Visalia Stringer, the accident happened at 5 a.m. on Ben Maddox Way on the Saint John’s River overpass. A pedestrian was allegedly walking in the area when they were suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle. The driver of the vehicle immediately fled the scene.
The pedestrian was injured as a result of the accident. They were transported to the hospital for treatment. Nobody else was hurt as a result.
Police did not say if they caught the suspect responsible for the accident.
