Support for Victims After a Laguna Hills Pedestrian Accident
Pedestrians walk unprotected through Laguna Hills and in a collision, they can suffer serious and life-threatening injuries. A crash victim and the victim’s family must often fight to make sure at-fault drivers and their car insurance companies are held fully accountable.
Victims should not have to pay for their own medical care or stress over the income they lose while missing work. Insurance adjusters must be held liable for these expenses as well as the physical pain and emotional anguish victims often endure.
Victims or their families can file an injury claim and seek full support as they try to heal. A Laguna Hills pedestrian accident lawyer can help victims and their families secure the most from their injury claims to ensure they have what they need to rebuild their lives.
