A traffic accident victim suffered major injuries after a multi-car collision in southern Bakersfield Monday night. KBAK-TV reports the accident occurred on Stine Road near the Pacheco Road intersection on September 5, 2022.
The Bakersfield Police Department responded to the scene at around 7:30 p.m. and says that the collision involved three vehicles. One of the vehicles, a black car, had major front-end damage.
Investigators discovered that one person involved had serious injuries. The victim was rushed to an area hospital where the person is listed in critical condition.
Bakersfield Police Department Officers continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident. They do believe speed was a possible factor in the crash.
