Multi-Vehicle Crash in Los Angeles County Sends Victim to Hospital in Helicopter
A collision involving a motorcycle sent at least one person to the hospital Sunday evening in northern Los Angeles County. The accident occurred along the northbound lanes of Freeway 5 south of Gorman on August 14, 2022.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash was reported around 7:53 p.m. Officers on the scene found that a motorcycle and at least one other vehicle had been involved in the crash. A motorcyclist was discovered lying on the road.
A helicopter landed on the freeway to take a victim from the accident to a local hospital. There have been no updates on the victim’s condition. It was not clear if there were any other victims injured in the collision.
California Highway Patrol investigators continue to work to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
