The California Highway Patrol says it happened around 6 a.m. near the Fig Garden Village Shopping Center. They found a man suffering from serious injuries along the road. The driver involved in the accident stopped at the scene to cooperate with investigators. The California Highway Patrol continues to work to determine what led up to the collision.
