Dangerous Collisions on Norris Road In Oildale CA

Sections of busy Oildale roads without concrete dividers can put opposing lanes of traffic dangerously close to each other. Without a barrier in between lanes, it’s very easy for a distracted or reckless driver to wind up in the path of oncoming traffic.

This obstacle can take even cautions drivers by surprise and leave little room to escape a devastating impact. Victims often suffer major injuries and can be left fighting for their lives after a terrible crash.

Finding Support for Families After an Oildale Accident

Those who have lost a beloved family member in a tragic accident can be unfairly subjected to the costs that arise afterward. Close relatives may struggle to meet the expenses of a funeral and pay emergency service fees. A wrongful death claim filed against an at-fault driver’s car insurance provider can ask for assistance with these expenses and more.

This civil claim is also intended to protect the family from financial hardship in the future by replacing the income the deceased can no longer provide through his or her job. Emotional anguish also factors into determining the support a family receives. Close family members will also have to cope with the loss of the love and guidance a victim had always provided.
