Fatal Accidents Along David Road in Kern County CA

In the rural parts of Kern County, drivers may not see anyone else on the road for long stretches. The opportunity to meet other motorists rises at intersections and care must be taken to make sure everyone is obeying the right-of-way around stop signs and traffic lights.

One driver neglecting to fully check both directions before entering a highway can suddenly be in the path of several vehicles. Drivers may also be traveling too fast on those long straightaways to only increase the chances of a dangerous collision.

Earning Support For Families After a Kern County Accident

Families will be faced with many emotional and financial challenges after losing a loved one in a roadway accident. Funeral costs and ambulance fees will come due in a matter of days and place a monetary strain on close relatives. This burden is even greater when the family has lost the income a deceased victim can no longer provide.

Family members like a spouse or children of the victim are encouraged to file a wrongful death claim against the at-fault driver’s auto insurance policy. One member of the family files this lawsuit on behalf of the entire family. This claim is intended to help cover the immediate hardships and the difficulties the family will face in the years to come.
