A man tragically lost his life after being hit by a vehicle on Monday afternoon in central Turlock. CBS13-TV reported the accident happened along the 1100 block of North Golden State Boulevard around 5:30 p.m. on November 30, 2020.
Turlock police responded to the scene and found a 53-year-old man suffering from major injuries. Officers attempted life-saving measures before the man was taken to the hospital. He was later pronounced dead.
Investigators believe the victim was walking across the Boulevard when he was struck by a van. The van’s driver stayed on the scene and cooperated with police.
