San Jose Police responded to the scene shortly after 8:05 p.m. They found a rider with life-threatening injuries. The victim was taken to the hospital and reported as stabilized as of Monday morning.
The driver involved in the accident remained on the scene to cooperate with investigators. Police officers continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
