Accidents around Kings County take their tragic toll on victims and families every year. When collisions involve a rollover accident the consequences can be even more extreme.
Impacts involving a vehicle turning over have more chance of causing catastrophic injuries than just about any other type of auto accident possible. Safercar.gov found that in a single year only 2.1% of accidents across the nation involved a rollover. Yet, this small number of accidents accounted for an astounding 34% of crash fatalities over the year.
These tragic numbers only emphasize the need for careless drivers to pay more attention to other motorists on the road and to avoid driving recklessly including speeding and aggressive driving.

Help for Kings County Accident Victims
The news of a loved one badly hurt or lost to a tragic accident will devastate family and friends. The aftermath of a collision can leave a family making hospital trips to help encourage someone recovering from injury. The family may also have to grieve the loss of a loved one while organizing a funeral to remember a cherished member of the family.
For family members trying to honor the memory of someone lost to a tragedy, funeral expenses and ambulance fees may come due in very short order. The family can also face these costs after just losing the financial support a lost family member always provided through employment.
In these extremely trying times, families are allowed to file a wrongful death claim against an at-fault driver’s insurance provider. This claim can help the family pay expenses and also ensure their financial stability in the years to come as they try to rebuild their lives without the emotional support of the deceased.
For those left to deal with painful injuries after an accident, hospital bills and lost time at work can also be covered with the help of a claim for damages. The responsible driver’s insurance company would be called upon to pay for every medical cost now and any care needed down the road.
